Full disclosure, Christina Kuypers and Josh have been friends and off and on co-workers since 2006. Between college pubs, event management at the Drake Hotel, setting up restaurants and bars in Dubai, managing a hotel bar/restaurant during the Olympics and attempting to bring ideas of authentic culinary exploration to life...and having it not work out, Christina Kuypers has travelled many paths to get where she is now. Her advice at this tumultuous time in the service industry is something we felt was important to share.
