Claudia Cabrera is the bar manager at Kaito del Valle in Mexico City. She is also the brand amabassador for Fernet Branca in Mexico. She has won many competitions and worked in many bars, she has travelled etensivelty and one time gave Josh a Fernet jacket, which he treasures.
